I lost my mobile phone at Berjaya Times Square on the 23rd July. With it all the important contact numbers, addresses and notes. So now I’m left scratching my head; making calls, incoming calls etc. oh heck
Nowadays mobile phone is considered as a basic necessity. Individual is represented in number. We can surely buy a new phone. The contents however, once lost, are irreplaceable.
Just imagine losing your relatives, clients, customers, and business associates number! Huh. If you lose someone else phone number, you wont be able to communicate with that person.
For anyone that called/sms/whatever: Sorry
For the person that took my handphone: MAY YOU DIE IN HELL! Muahahaha (ketawa penjahat)

New semester, same problem! That’s my comment for postgraduate registration day. The situation hasn’t change much for this time around. As usual, there was confusion. We were in disarray yet again. The registration was inefficient, so much so one has to wait more than a few minutes for a simple task to be delivered.
Mana satu kaunter mau register ni ah? Bayar dulu ka? Mana mau ambil result? Were the standard questions raised (Why did I pick the first day?!)
The fact that I went through some difficulty, prior to arriving at registration place added my misery. Firstly I went all the way to administration building at 6th floor, only to be told that PLUMS office is at Psychology faculty. (Ops, my bad! They switch office a few months ago). Then I searched the isolated room, waited several minutes, only to be told that registration must be made in PLUMS One Stop Centre! What the fish!!!
Nevertheless, One Stop Centre was no better. Poor coordination or whatsoever. (I heard someone said, “saya lama suda tunggu”, and not to mention all the monotonous faces, which judging that they too, was boring waiting)
If you ask me, It’s about time PLUMS implemented ONLINE REGISTRATION!! I don’t need to remind you that most MBA students are WORKING, why the hell they held registration on working days!!! We paid PLUMS, so we are considered a client. Can’t they give us a better service, after paying them thousands per semester? It’s our right.
Some undergraduate in some universities did the registration online and why shouldn’t we? If you done the registration online, working students can do the registration at office or at night after work! Rather than disturbing regular working hours. It saves cost and time. Not to mention effectiveness. Furthermore the fact that the registration day was unorganized, some students waited unnecessarily for so long.
I can’t complain much either because this will be my SECOND LAST semester (hopefully). I will be seeing them again in the near future. I predict the same thing will be going again next semester.
P/S – PLUMS, sorry for my rant, you guys did a good job. But why take it easy if you can give us much better? Quoted from Berita Harian advertisement, which may conclude this sarcastic entry to you guys;
“Dunia dah berubah, kita semakin maju”
Persoalannya, bila PLUMS mau makin maju ni?
Just my two cents
Funny enough, I found out that I didn’t register the subject I took last semester! I went through all troubles with the classes, assignments and assessments, only to find out that I didn’t register. Damn it! I quickly paid all my semesters fees so next time I can claim I did register. Hopefully PLUMS will pity me accept my late registration. Its just paperwork. Lets just crossed my finger on that. With a bit of luck this will work, if it doesn’t, What the fish!!!

This video has long been overdue, but I want to post it anyway.
Video synopsis
It was taken after the Sabah match (i forgot the opponent). Sabah was leading before a simple defense error saw their early lead cut. Finally they lost the match, which enraged the crowd (including me!). It didn’t stop there, afterwards the angry mob gathered around the players exit outside the stadium to express their disappointment. They blame on one particular Sabah player, which I wont mention here, that lead to the losses.
This fracas was less intense than the Sabah vs Negri Sembilan 2003 match (read here for info), but it still reflect how Sabahan reacted to such a poor performance from the state players.
The video quality was rather low, due to the fact it was taken from a low-resolution handphone. The dim lighting and noise also affect the outcome. You may need to put your volume to the maximum to listen to what they were saying.
Video Chronology;
- 0 - 0.33 min -> angry mob shouting and swearing players
- 0.34 - 0.35 min -> police siren came to the rescue
- 0.35 - 1.55 min -> angry mob resumed their shouting and swearing
Subsequently, the angry mob started to disperse gradually after the police came. The presence of FRU also help controlled the situation.

So she gave me a letter (refer above picture), which I am still puzzled about the content.
Cut the story short, I went to SMC and the orthopaedist successfully removed the stye. Thank god! after 5 months. Overall, I need to fork out a total of RM450.00.
- First day - eye check up, medicine and consultation (from the doctor) – RM230.00
- Second day - operation and more consultations (from the doctor and nurse) – RM220.00
- Third day - take off the eye patch and a lot of consultations (from the doctor, nurse, especially from families and friends) – RM0 J
Maybe I had torn my muscle when I landed. Now, I can’t walk properly. *sigh*. Looking forward for another basketball game though. ;)

Huh? You may wonder as what Leonidas is trying to convey.
He was actually referring to this
Eat mussel life longer, east oyster last longer!!! Couldn’t agree less with you Leonidas!
Hari Peladang, Penternak dan Nelayan 2008 was held at Tamu KPD, Tanjung Lipat, on July from 3rd to 6th. It is an annual event organized by Sabah Agricultural Ministry to boost small and medium agriculture entrepreneurs in Sabah. It is kinda like a big tamu, which it is held annually, instead of monthly/weekly basis. Seafood Festival was one of many main attractions of the event.
Preparing the oyster
So my sisters and I took this opportunity to try out the seafood. So we ordered;
- 3 kg of mussel
- 2 kg of cockle
- 2 boneless ikan bahulu
*burp*
I ate to my hearts content. Of course, I purposely left the oysters intact for Leonidas and his 300 men to enjoy.
Looking forward for this event next year. Till then, keep on easting.

29th June was my birthday. I refused to celebrate my birthday, as it reminds me that I’m getting older by year. I did celebrate birthday, but that was way back before I reached adolescent. Received a few wishes from relatives and close friends, and I would say I’m grateful, for at least some, memorize the day I was born.
The weather on that morning turns out to be excellent, so I decided to take a break at the Tanjung Aru 3rd Beach with my sisters. It’s been awhile since I last went on having a day out, family members included, in the weekend. The last trip was with my relatives to Kundasang, which was about a year ago. It was quite memorable as we spent a night at a lodge, along with my uncle’s TM co-workers.
We hadn’t much prepared, so we brought whatever necessary. We didn’t get into the water, as other visitors were mostly doing (and their dogs too!). So there we were; the only intention was to relax and enjoy a decent barbeque. I brought along a book to kill off the time. Just so you know, I dozed off several times. *yawn*. I was like. Sleep. Read. Eat. Sleep. Read. Eat. By noon, everyone was so dull, so we decided to head home.
oh, and a happy 27th birthday to me. *grin*
